OUR HIRE POLICY

This is the boring bit but most important to ensure that your little ones and our equipment is used safely.

BOOKINGS​​

  • The hirer will, during the period of hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort and the behaviour of all persons, of all ages, using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children.

  • It is the hirer's responsibility to check all required dimensions for space needed for our equipment.

  • Upon arrival where equipment will not fit within the desired area, Tiny Trio Play Ltd reserve the right to 100% of hire costs. 

  • Tiny Trio Play Ltd only hire on flat, grassed or indoor areas unless previously arranged.

  • Tiny Trio Play will advise in advance suitable package sizes for the space and ages of the participants.

 

BOOKING FEES & CHARGES

  • Tiny Trio Play Ltd require a £50 non-refundable booking fee, to be paid within 24 hours of reservation. Until this is received, no booking will be confirmed.

  • Final balances are due prior to set up of any equipment.

  • Any damage to any equipment provided by Tiny Trio Play Ltd  as a result of negligence on the hirer's part, will be charged accordingly.

  • Please treat our equipment with respect and care. If any of the equipment is overly dirty or mistreated when collected, a £30 cleaning charge will be incurred.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • A 100% refund will be given minus the non refundable £50 deposit for cancellations made by giving 7 days notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the confirmed hire date will be liable for the whole hire costs unless an agreement by Tiny Trio Play Ltd has been reached. 

  • Tiny Trio Play Ltd reserve the right to cancel any booking, where there is a potential healthy and safety risk to the hirer, their guests or the public.

 

COVID 19 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We take the health and safety of our all of our customer, very seriously.

  • We sanitise our units on set ups, so our customers are in no doubt this process has taken place.

  • We also follow all the government and environmental health guidelines when delivering our products to customers.

  • We ask all bookings to be made online and any balances to be paid prior to delivery as we prefer not to be handling cash.
     

DELIVERY POLICY

  • On booking, Tiny Trio Play Ltd will inform you if any additional charges are applicable.

  • If we are ever unable to deliver due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. 

  • Upon delivery, the hirer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Hire and must pay any remaining balance when accepting delivery of the assets.

  • We will not deliver any assets without the final balance paid either on delivery or prior to the event date.

OPERATORS

  • Children should be supervised at all times by an adult over the age of 18. A responsible person capable of exercising authority over children should supervise the use of the equipment at all times. The supervisor must watch the activity on equipment and take immediate action at the first sign of misbehaviour, keeping an eye on the safety and well being of all children, especially smaller more timid ones.

  • Our equipment is suitable for children from 0-4 year olds. No child above this age should use the equipment, in particular the climbing frame.

  • No food, drink, chewing gum, party poppers or silly string is permitted on any of the equipment.

  • No person (s) who are visibly intoxicated through alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substance shall be permitted to use any equipment.

  • Public liability insurance is excluded in its entirety following a claim or injury to any third party or employee. Whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol.

  • The operator should ensure that all children have removed footwear and any other hard, sharp or pens, buckles, badges, purses etc. spectacles are best removed.

  • Any persons with back problems or any other injury should not use this equipment. 

  • The number of users at any one time should be limited to allow each child enough room to play safely. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.

  • It is the responsibility of the operator/supervisor to ensure the equipment is not overloaded to the detriment of the user’s safety. There is no hard and fast rule of how many children they will hold, children vary so much in size, weight.

Please note that all persons using this equipment do so at their own risk. Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the equipment should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. Tiny Trio Play Ltd can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Tiny Trio Play Ltd or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Tiny Trio Play Ltd, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer.
